Jordan Reed (hamstring) likely to sit Sunday for Washington
Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (questionable, hamstring) is not expected to play Week 10 against the Minnesota Vikings, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Reed was downgraded to "DNP" at Friday's practice after getting in two limited sessions earlier in the week, and now it looks like he's going to be forced to miss a second consecutive game due to the hamstring issue. If that's indeed the case, Vernon Davis will draw the start again for Washington. He caught a season-high 6 passes (9 targets) for 72 yards.
Without yet accounting for his likely absence in Week 10, numberFire's models project Reed for 57.9 targets, 40.9 receptions, 381.0 yards, and 2.28 touchdowns over the remainder of the season.
