Darren McFadden to be active for Cowboys in Week 10

Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden will be active in Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons following the reinstatement of Ezekiel Elliott's six-game suspension on Thursday, reports Jane Slater of NFL Network.

What It Means:

McFadden has been a healthy scratch all season but the plan was always for him to be activated if/when Elliott was suspended. He's expected to serve as the Cowboys' number-three back behind Alfred Morris and Rod Smith in what figures to be a three-headed committee for as long as Zeke is out.

numberFire's models project McFadden to rush 6.0 times for 25.3 yards and 0.23 touchdowns while catching 2.2 passes for 16.9 yards and 0.08 touchdowns versus the Falcons, which would yield 7.1 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,400. He's the RB37 in our Week 10 fantasy rankings.
