Vikings activate Teddy Bridgewater (knee) from PUP list
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has officially been activated from the team's Physically Unable to Perform list.
After missing the 2016-17 season due to a severe leg and knee injury, Bridgewater will finally get back to work for the Vikings. He will take the place of Sam Bradford (knee), who just hit IR with a knee injury of his own. While Case Keenum figures to see all if not most of the starts, Bridgewater will back him up with the chance of playing before season's end.
In his last healthy season, Bridgewater threw for 3,231 yards and 14 touchdowns while rushing for 192 yards and 3 scores in his sophomore campaign in 2015-16.
