Sam Bradford (knee) could be placed on Vikings' Injured Reserve
The Minnesota Vikings are "discussing" putting quarterback Sam Bradford (knee) on injured reserve, reports ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
What It Means:
The Vikings need to open a roster spot for Teddy Bridgewater (knee, PUP), and it sounds like sending Bradford to IR may be the solution. If they decide to hang on to him, then third-string signal-caller Kyle Sloter could wind up getting the ax. Case Keenum will remain the starter against the Washington Redskins in Week 10.
In his one healthy game this season, Bradford completed 27-of-32 passes while throwing for 346 yards and 3 touchdowns against the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, earning 25.5 FanDuel points.
