Trey Burton

Trey Burton to lead Eagles' tight end group in Week 9

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Trey Burton will step into the starting tight end role on Sunday, with Zach Ertz (hamstring) inactive against the Denver Broncos.

What It Means:

Burton is an athletic move tight end, and should be able to replicate Ertz in this offense fairly well. He's had success in the past when doing so, averaging 8.9 PPR fantasy points across three games without Ertz. Add in the fact that the Broncos' defense allows the third-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this year, and the minimum-priced Burton is a DFS and streaming option this week.

Our models project Burton for 32.3 receiving yards and 0.4 touchdowns on 3.1 catches, good for 6.94 FanDuel points at a salary of $4,500.
