Saints' Delvin Breaux (leg) suffers setback in practice

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, New Orleans Saints cornerback Delvin Breaux suffered a setback in practice this week.

What It Means:

Prior to the season, Breaux was diagnosed with a broken leg and placed on injured reserve. He was set to miss 4-to-6 weeks but is well beyond that timetable. On the one hand, he was set to return to the active roster and maybe even play this week, but on the other he could now be shut down for the rest of the year. It's been a disaster of a season for the 28-year-old who is set to be a restricted free agent following 2017.

With the elite presence of rookie Marshon Lattimore, the Saints rates 12th against the pass this season. They're projected for 6.7 FanDuel points in this week's matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
