Jamaal Charles sees 9 touches in Broncos' visit to Kansas City
Denver Broncos running back Jamaal Charles rushed 8 times for 39 yards and caught 1 pass (1 target) for 5 yards in a Week 8 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
Charles looked fantastic out the gates with an 18-yard burst on his first carry, but he quickly thereafter lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown and that pretty much ended any hope for a "revenge game" narrative in the former Chiefs' return to Kansas City. The 30-year-old veteran hasn't seen double-digit touches since Week 3, and that's unlikely to change in a tough matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles this upcoming Sunday.
numberFire's models project Charles for 7.9 touches, 34.1 offensive yards, and 0.11 touchdowns versus the Eagles, which would yield 4.7 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,100. He's the RB44 in our Week 9 fantasy rankings.
