C.J. Beathard tosses 2 picks in Niners' loss to Eagles
San Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard threw for 176 yards, 1 touchdown, and 2 interceptions in Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Beathard struggled all game long, completing just 47.2% of his passes for an average of 4.6 yards per attempt. The Niners didn't score until less than five minutes remaining in the third quarter when Beathard hit Matt Breida for a 21-yard touchdown. The rookie added 40 yards on the ground to lead the Niners.
