Judge Katherine Polk Failla denied the NFL's request to expedite Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's injunction hearing.
Elliott's hearing will go on as planned Monday, October 30, which means he can play in Week 8 against the Washington Redskins the day before. After that it's up to Judge Failla whether or not Elliot continues to play, or starts to serve his suspension.
Elliott finished Week 7 with an impressive 40.4 FanDuel points and 5.61 Rushing Net Expected Points, per numberFire live.
