Washington Redskins kicker Dustin Hopkins (hip) was placed on injured reserve.
What It Means:
Hopkins will reportedly be eligible to return after eight games. 2016 undrafted free agent Nick Rose will take over as Washington's kicker. They face the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football in Week 7.
Hopkins has gone 9-for-11 on field goals and 12-for-13 on extra points this season while averaging 8.4 FanDuel points per game.
