Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott's (suspension) request to be heard Tuesday
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has a hearing in New York Tuesday afternoon regarding his request for a temporary restraining order.
Elliott and the NFLPA filed the motion on Monday in another attempt to delay the six-game suspension currently being imposed by the NFL. Despite the hearing being on Tuesday, there's no guarantee that a final decision will be made before Sunday's matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. Elliott's status for Week 7 remains a mystery.
Elliott has rushed for 393 yards and 2 touchdowns while catching 17 passes for 134 yards and 1 touchdown in 5 games this season. He's averaging 15.4 FanDuel points per contest.
