What It Means:
It appears as if the move to Kevin Hogan at quarterback is not a good one for Johnson's fantasy value. Still, Johnson's usage patterns means he's always going to be a somewhat risky fantasy bet. The Browns take on the Tennessee Titans in Week 7.
