NFLPA to ask for full panel rehearing in Ezekiel Elliott case
In regards to Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's court case, the NFL Players' Association will request a full panel rehearing with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
On Thursday, The Fifth Circuit vacated Elliott's injunction and reinstated the six-game suspension handed down by the NFL. However, it's still possible for Elliott to obtain an injunction while his request is considered, meaning he could play while the process continues to work itself out. It's in the court's hands so until further notice Elliott's will be out Weeks 7 to 12. Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris will be expected to shoulder the rushing load for Dallas.
In 5 games, Elliott has rushed for 393 yards and 2 scores on 105 carries. He's also added 134 yards and another touchdown through the air, all the while averaging 15.4 FanDuel points per game in 2017.
