Saints' wide receivers coach pumped to have Willie Snead back

In a telephone interview, New Orleans Saints offensive assistant/wide receivers coach Curtis Johnson said, "I think Willie is missing just because of his ability to do everything."

What It Means:

Johnson also pointed out Snead's physicality and emotional approach to the game, saying "We just need that and on some of those third downs, you would love to have Willie because that's what he does." This would suggest a Week 6 return for the wideout, after having sat out Week 4 with a hamstring injury. Ultimately, Brandon Coleman and Ted Ginn could see a decrease in snaps going forward.

The Saints are on bye for Week 5. We project Snead for 42.2 receptions (70.0 targets), 584.1 yards and 4.08 touchdowns over the duration of the season in New Orleans.
