New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (thigh) is inactive for Week 5 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
What It Means:
Gronkowski will be replaced at tight end by Dwayne Allen on Thursday night. Danny Amendola could also see additional targets in the slot without Gronk. Consider the tight end day-to-day and questionable to play in Week 6 versus the New York Jets.
Gronkowski has caught 20 passes for 318 yards and 2 touchdowns so far this season.
