Doug Martin 'not sure' how many snaps he'll play Thursday for Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin admitted he is "not sure" how many snaps he'll play in Thursday night's game against the New England Patriots.
"I'm gonna go out there and just do the best that I can do, be as ready as I can be, just play for these guys," Martin said. "I'm not sure [how many snaps]. I'm just going to go out there and play to the best of my ability. Whatever that is, it's Coach [Dirk Koetter's] decision." While Martin should take over the starting role and goal line work, Jacquizz Rodgers, Charles Sims, and Peyton Barber will likely still see some work on Thursday.
Our models project Martin for 28.9 rushing yards and 0.1 touchdowns, to go with 12.7 receiving yards in Week 5. That's a net projection of 5.7 FanDuel points.
