Chicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky will start Week 5 against the Minnesota Vikings, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
After four weeks, the Bears have decided to give the rookie a shot. Under Mike Glennon, they've gone 1-3 and rank 29th in the league with 15.3 points per game. The Bears will meet the Vikings one week from tonight on Monday Night Football, at which time Trubisky will make his first career start in the NFL.
In 4 preseason games, Trubisky completed 67.9% of his passes while tossing 3 touchdowns to no interceptions. In Week 5, he'll face a Vikings defense that has allowed 15.4 FanDuel points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
