Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott guaranteed to play at least the next two weeks
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has had his hearing with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals scheduled for October 2, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
With the court hearing arguments on his injunction appeal the day after the Cowboys play the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4, Elliott is guaranteed to suit up at least the next two games. At that point, if the court rules against the back, he would be forced to serve his six-game suspension starting in Week 5. Stay tuned as this is a story that will linger for awhile.
Our models project Elliott for a top-five finish in fantasy for Week 3 with 122.1 total yards and 0.8 touchdowns for 18.6 FanDuel points versus the Arizona Cardinals.
