Texans' Ryan Griffin no longer in the concussion protocol
Houston Texans tight end Ryan Griffin is no longer in the concussion protocol and is expected to suit up against the New England Patriots on Sunday.
What It Means:
With C.J. Fiedorowicz (concussion) on the injured reserve, Griffin will take a starting role upon returning to the lineup. He was not targeted in Week 1 before suffering his concussion.
