Carolina Panthers tight end Ed Dickson has told offensive coordinator Mike Shula that he wants "all the opportunities" that Greg Olsen (foot) would have seen.
Dickson said, "I told Shula 'I know the jersey number don't say 88, but don't change the playbook." He hasn't played much of a role since joining the Panthers, always second-fiddle to Olsen, but he stands to see plenty of opportunity now until Olsen returns.
numberFire's models project Dickson for a quiet 1.6 receptions, 20.3 yards and 0.3 touchdowns on 2.8 targets against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. He is our 27th-ranked fantasy tight end for Week 3.
