Kelvin Benjamin (ribs, knee) returned to Panthers practice on Thursday
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin was back at practice on Thursday, reports the Charlotte Observer's Joe Person.
As he battled through injuries, Benjamin hauled in 6-of-8 targets for 77 yards and 10.7 FanDuel points against the Buffalo Bills a week ago. It's probably safe to assume that Benjamin will do the same this week, with the New Orleans Saints on tap. Add in the absence of tight end Greg Olsen and Benjamin could be in for a big week against a very poor Saints defense.
Projected for 6.6 targets, Benjamin is set to tally 4.1 receptions, 64.9 yards and 0.40 touchdowns against the Saints. His 10.9 projected FanDuel points rank 26th among all receivers.
