Sam Bradford

Vikings' Sam Bradford (knee) 'felt better' Tuesday, remains day-to-day

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford (knee) "felt better" on Tuesday, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.

What It Means:

"Sam felt better yesterday so we’ll just see how he’s doing as we move forward day to day," Zimmer said. Bradford is reportedly dealing with a bone bruise but no ligament damage. His status is crucial for the fantasy outlooks of Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen, and to a lesser extent, Kyle Rudolph and rookie Dalvin Cook. Case Keenum failed to get anything going offensively for the Vikings in Week 2.

Due to his questionable health, numberFire's models currently project Bradford to only throw for 132.3 yards on 19.3 attempts in Week 3 with 0.84 touchdowns and 0.6 interceptions. He's currently the QB32 in our weekly fantasy rankings for the Vikings' matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
