Ricardo Louis expected to start for Browns
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Ricardo Louis is expected to be next week's starter opposite Kenny Britt.
Fellow wideout Corey Coleman is expected to miss at least eight weeks and be placed on injured reserve with a broken hand. At first glance, Rashard Higgins -- after tallying seven catches for 95 yards in Week 2 -- would be the better bet to start and produce in his absence, but Higgins is more likely to play in the slot, which means that Louis should be elevated to the Browns' second receiver spot.
Having tallied 2 receptions and 27 yards on 2 targets in this week's matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, Louis is projected to tally 3.2 catches (on 5.6 targets), 36.8 yards and 0.14 touchdowns in Week 3. At $4,500, he finds himself facing a poor Indianapolis Colts team next week.
