Washington Redskins running back Rob Kelley is day-to-day with a minor rib cartilage injury.
Kelley totaled 78 yards on 12 carries against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 2 before exiting midway through the second quarter. There was some fear he suffered a fracture, but that proved not to be the case. It sounds like he should be ready to play in Week 3 against the Oakland Raiders.
Per numberFire Live, Kelley finished with 1.02 Rushing Net Expected Points in Week 2, meaning a league average running back would have scored 1.02 fewer points than he did if put in similar situations. Despite playing less than a half of football, his 7.8 FanDuel points almost met our models expectations (8.9).
