Arizona's Carson Palmer doesn't take advantage of a soft Week 2 matchup
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer threw for 332 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception in Sunday's 16-13 overtime win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Palmer was expected to exploit a weak Colts' defense but completed just over 50% of his passes (19-for-36). If not for a 45-yard touchdown pass to J.J. Nelson, the veteran QB's day would have been a total disaster. After two rough outings against soft defenses, it will be hard to trust Palmer in Week 3 versus the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night.
Palmer finished with 16.9 FanDuel points, surpassing our modest projection of 16.4 points for Week 2.
