Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 18-of-27 passes for just 179 yards and 1 touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
The Redskins game plan was relatively conservative versus the Rams as the running game was on fire, gaining 229 yards on 39 carries. Even when Cousins was asked to attempt a pass, most were for short yardage with the longest going for 23 yards. Cousins will likely be asked to do more in Week 3 as the explosive offense of the Oakland Raiders comes to town.
Cousins was projected for 17.7 FanDuel points but ended up with only 11.9 in a disappointing performance.
