Philadelphia Eagles running back LeGarrette Blount could see a reduced role Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to NFL insider Adam Caplan.
Per Caplan, the Eagles believed Blount was "too tentative" on Week 1 runs, and they may incorporate more of Wendell Smallwood and Corey Clement against the Chiefs. Darren Sproles remains the only running back in Philadelphia with a firmly-defined role.
Our models project Blount as the 19th-best running back for fantasy in Week 2, with 9.71 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,300. We peg him for 55.6 rushing yards and 0.4 touchdowns on 14.2 attempts.
