LeSean McCoy (groin) not practicing Friday for Bills
Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott said that running back LeSean McCoy has soreness in his groin and will be rested for Friday's practice.
McDermott did add that the day was a scheduled off day for McCoy, but that there isn't much concern for his Week 2 status against the Carolina Panthers. Still, this should be concerning for McCoy's longevity this season, having come down with wrist and groin problems after just one game.
McCoy is being asked to do a lot for the Bills and we expect nothing less from him in Week 2. Our models project him for 19.9 touches (16.7 rushes), 111.3 total yards and 0.62 touchdowns at a price of $8,600 on FanDuel. His projected output of 16.3 FD points ranks 4th of all running backs this week.
