Jets' Robby Anderson has 'high hopes' for increased role in Week 2
New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson has "high hopes" that he will be targeted more on downfield routes in Week 2 against the Oakland Raiders.
Anderson saw 8 targets in Week 1, though with only a 9.9-yard average depth of target -- a paltry mark compared to his 16.9-yard average from 2016. With head coach Todd Bowles saying the offense will be more aggressive in Week 2, Anderson expects to see some more shots down the field.
numberFire's models project Anderson to turn 5.8 targets into 3.2 receptions, 45.6 yards and 0.3 touchdowns against Oakland. He is our 53rd-ranked fantasy wideout for Week 2.
