Cam Newton (shoulder) limited in Panthers' practice on Thursday
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton (shoulder) was limited in practice on Thursday.
Head coach Ron Rivera called Newton's limited practice the "new normal". The quarterback is coming off of offseason shoulder surgery and will continue to see limited practice reps but is no danger of missing Week 2's home opener versus the Buffalo Bills.
Our models project Newton as the 6th-best quarterback (3rd-best value) in Week 2 with 20.1 FanDuel points while costing $7,800 versus the Bills.
