Buffalo Bills wide receiver Jordan Matthews is projected to finish second on the team in targets against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2.
Matthews finished third in targets last week, behind running back LeSean McCoy and tight end Charles Clay, but he's projected to finish behind only Clay in this one.
numberFire's models project Matthews to turn 7.20 targets into 4.1 receptions, 45.2 yards and 0.2 touchdowns, making him our 53rd-ranked fantasy wideout in Week 2.
