Kerwynn Williams named Cardinals starter for Week 2
Arizona Cardinals running back Kerwynn Williams will start against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, head coach Bruce Arians announced.
Andre Ellington will be the second man up in Arizona's backfield, followed by recently re-signed Chris Johnson. Williams is worth a speculative add by default in most formats, but the Cardinals are likely going to use a committee approach that will limit any sort of reliable fantasy value.
numberFire's models project Williams to total 34.8 yards from scrimmage with 0.20 touchdowns on 6.4 offensive touches (1.3 catches) in Week 2. That would yield 5.1 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,100. He's just outside of the top-50 running backs in our weekly fantasy rankings.
