Tyler Higbee has sneaky Week 1 value for Rams
Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee could prove an interesting target for quarterback Jared Goff in Week 1 against the Indianapolis Colts.
What It Means:
Despite this offseason's big money revamping, the Colts defense hasn't struck fear into many hearts in recent years. One big reason is lacking quality coverage linebackers in the middle of the field to stop short passes. First-string tight end Tyler Higbee operates in that area well, and could be a favored target for Goff today.
Our models project Higbee for 24.3 receiving yards and 0.3 receiving touchdowns on 2.7 catches in Week 1. He is just one of two tight ends with projections of more than 5.0 fantasy points available at the FanDuel minimum salary of $4,500 today.
