The former fourth-rounder has the size and speed to be a complete wide receiver. The problem for the immediate future is that Moncrief won't have Andrew Luck tossing him the pigskin. Instead, Scott Tolzien will be under center for the Colts in a tough Week 1 matchup against the Rams.
