Jamaal Charles (knee) inactive at Broncos' practice Thursday
Denver Broncos running back Jamaal Charles (knee) was held out of Thursday's practice.
Missing practice will be the norm for Charles this season. The 30-year-old running back is expected to play a change-of-pace role behind C.J. Anderson out of the Broncos' backfield. He's not a recommended play in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
numberFire's models project Charles to turn 7.7 offensive touches into 37.3 yards and 0.25 touchdowns versus the Chargers. He's our fantasy RB45 for the week and is expected to score 5.5 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,500.
