Vikings' Latavius Murray believes that Dalvin Cook 'earned the starting position'
Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray has said that "Dalvin [Cook] has earned the starting position" in the team's backfield.
Murray missed a significant portion of the offseason after undergoing ankle surgery in March, and he sits second on the Vikings' running back depth chart entering Week 1 -- behind Dalvin Cook and ahead of Jerick McKinnon.
numberFire's models have Murray as Week 1's 32nd-ranked fantasy back, projecting him for 41.1 yards and 0.3 touchdowns on 9.6 carries.
