John Brown says he is ready for Cardinals' season opener
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver John Brown said he is ready for Week 1 against the Detroit Lions.
After a quad injury plagued him for the majority of training camp, Brown enters Week 1 without even being listed on the injury report. He's currently behind Jaron Brown on the Cardinals' depth chart, but the fourth-year wideout could be an underrated WR3/4 play in a plus matchup versus the Lions' secondary on Sunday.
numberFire's weekly fantasy rankings say Brown is the WR40 in Week 1 with a projected 3.4 receptions for 51.8 yards and 0.26 touchdowns. We expect him to score 8.5 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,700.
