Jonathan Williams goes unclaimed on waivers
Free agent running back Jonathan Williams, formerly of the Buffalo Bills, went unclaimed on waivers.
Williams, a 2016 fifth-round pick by the Bills, has some checkered history in terms of health and discipline which likely contributed to him being passed over by 31 NFL teams. However, at just 23, there's a good chance he gets another opportunity elsewhere this season.
According to Fantasy Football Calculator, Williams was being drafted in the bottom of the 12th round of standard drafts prior to release.
