Latavius Murray (ankle) expected to make Vikings' debut on Sunday
Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray (ankle) is expected to make his 2017 debut in Sunday's third preseason game versus the San Francisco 49ers.
Murray sat out the first two preseason games for Minnesota as the club eased him back from offseason ankle surgery. After signing a three-year/$15 million contract this offseason, the former Oakland Raider tailback will start the season as the Vikings' number two back, behind rookie Dalvin Cook.
numberFire's algorithms project Murray for 639.6 rushing yards, 135.2 receiving yards, and 4.2 total touchdowns in 2017, making him our RB39 in fantasy leagues.
