Chargers' Hunter Henry projected for more catches in 2017
numberFire's algorithms expect Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry to contribute 47.8 catches and 86.3 fantasy points this season.
Last season, Henry was productive yet hindered by Antonio Gates' pursuit of the tight end touchdown record. He put together 478 yards and eight touchdowns on just 36 receptions, but now that Gates is just one touchdown away from the record Henry should be in line for a heavier target-share in 2017.
While he's set to see 73.5 targets, Henry should yield nearly a dozen more catches. And, with these extra opportunities, we project the second-year man for 582.6 yards, 4.7 touchdowns and a TE14 finish.
