C.J. Prosise suffered groin injury during Seahawks' pregame

Seattle Seahawks running back C.J. Prosise suffered a strained groin in pregame warmups ahead of the second preseason game.

What It Means:

Prosise has been out for the past two practices, and his constant injury woes are becoming impossible to ignore amongst teammates and coaches. "I think we all are," assistant head coach/offensive line coach/run-game coordinator Tom Cable admitted when asked if he was getting concerned with Prosise's dependability. The second-year back, currently being drafted in the 11th round of standard fantasy drafts (Fantasy Football Calculator), was limited to just six games due to injury during last season's rookie campaign.

numberFire's models expect Prosise to total 562.4 yards from scrimmage and 3.55 touchdowns on 93.5 touches in 2017. He is the RB52 overall in our fantasy rankings entering the season.
