Green Bay Packers running back Ty Montgomery (leg) returned to practice on Tuesday.
Montgomery sat out the past week with a lower leg injury, but he's expected to be active for Saturday's third preseason contest in Denver against the Broncos. Currently being drafted at the top of the fourth round in standard drafts as the 19th running back off the board, per Fantasy Football Calculator, the receiver-turned-running back is locked in as the Packers' starter.
numberFire's models project Montgomery to rush 156.3 times for 721.7 yards and 5.79 touchdowns in 2017, with another 41.0 receptions for 332.2 yards and 1.27 touchdowns. He's our 16th-ranked fantasy running back overall for the season.
