Vikings' Kyle Rudolph calls 2016 numbers 'the benchmark for me now'
Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph had a career year in 2016, finishing with 83 receptions, 840 yards and 7 touchdowns. At practice on Monday, Rudolph called those numbers "the benchmark for me now. That's where I want to be from here on."
Rudolph's 132 targets were the most among tight ends in 2016. He finished as the third-highest scoring tight end in standard fantasy football leagues.
Our projections have the 27-year-old Rudolph ranked as a top-10 fantasy tight end for 2017. He's currently going in the 8th round of fantasy drafts, according to Fantasy Football Calculator.
