Marvin Jones catches a touchdown Saturday in Lions' preseason win
Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones led all receivers with 4 catchers, 34 yards, and a touchdown in the Lions' preseason win over the New York Jets Saturday.
Jones led all receivers through the first four weeks of 2016, but fell off over the final 12 games. He battled through leg injuries for most of the season, but he caught 4 of his 5 targets on Saturday and looked good during his time on the field. While Golden Tate projects to be Matt Stafford's favorite target, Jones should still be heavily involved in the Lions' passing game.
numberFire's models project Jones for 53.1 catches, 734.4 receptions, and 4.5 touchdowns. He is our 51st-ranked fantasy receiver in 2017.
