Baltimore Ravens running back Buck Allen "has been the Ravens’ most effective back," says Jeff Zreibec of the Baltimore Sun.
Allen has been a lone bright spot for an offense that has struggled to move the ball down the field, totaling 61 yards on 18 carries and catching 6 passes for 27 yards through two preseason contests. He saw some first-team snaps in the second game, and it's possible that the third-year back forces a three-way committee with Terrance West and Danny Woodhead in the Ravens' backfield.
numberFire's models project Allen to total 55.2 yards and 0.20 touchdowns on 13.0 touches this season.
