Bilal Powell (neck) will play in Jets' preseason game on Saturday
New York Jets running back Bilal Powell will be active for Saturday's preseason game against the Detroit Lions, according to NewYorkJets.com's Ethan Greenberg.
In dealing with some form of neck injury, Powell missed the Jets' first preseason game, but he has since returned to practice and will play Saturday in Detroit. With Matt Forte (hamstring) out, expect Powell to run with the first-team but in a limited dose. Elijah McGuire should then see a high number of snaps as the team's third back.
Due to split carries with Forte, Powell is projected for 957.2 total yards and 6.8 total touchdowns as fantasy's RB26.
