Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco (back) will continue to sit out of practice next week.
What It Means:
The original timeline given on the injury was "day-to-day", but it has now been a month on the sidelines for Flacco. The team has already announced that he won't play in the preseason at all, but that he is expected to be ready for Week 1. Ryan Mallett has put together a pair of awful preseason performances, and the Ravens could be in trouble if Flacco is forced to miss any meaningful games.
