Eddie Lacy will start in the Seahawks' second preseason game
Seattle Seahawks running back Eddie Lacy will start in Friday's second preseason game, versus the Minnesota Vikings, per Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times.
Lacy was running with the second team in the Hawks' preseason opener but with Thomas Rawls sidelined with an ankle injury, Lacy will get his first shot at game action with Russell Wilson under center. The former Green Bay Packer is still projected as Seattle's starting running back come Week 1 of the regular season.
Our models project Lacy for 182.8 carries, 798.6 yards, and 5.0 TDs in 2017 while adding 22.8 catches, 167.5 yards, and 0.68 TDs through the air for 129.3 fantasy points. He is our RB25 in standard leagues this season.
