Titans give up on declining wide receiver Hakeem Nicks
The Tennessee Titans announced today that they have released wide receiver Hakeem Nicks.
What It Means:
This might be the end of the line for Nicks. The Titans weren't exactly stacked at receiver, and Nicks was one of the least efficient receivers in the league last year. His 0.45 Reception Net Expected Points per Target ranked 80th of the 87 receivers to see 50-plus targets in 2014.
