Texans' Braxton Miller suffered mild ankle sprain

Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Miller suffered a mild ankle sprain in Wednesday's preseason loss to the Carolina Panthers.

What It Means:

According to the Houston Chronicle, Miller's outlook is good, so he shouldn't be out too long. That's a big positive for a team that will be without Will Fuller (collarbone) for the beginning of the 2017 season. They did add Bruce Ellington for further receiving depth.

If back and healthy by Week 1, Miller is expected to tally 115 yards and 10 catches on 20 targets. So, with a projected output of just 0.6 touchdowns, the second-year player isn't yet relevant for fantasy purposes.
